• Participation in different property valuation projects
• Preparation of valuation reports
• Participation in consulting projects (highest and best use analysis of the property, concept development)
• Work with potential clients, promotion of valuation services

Education & Experience profile required:
• Graduate of high education
• Fluent English
• From 2 years experience in local commercial property market
• Ability to work well in a team
Major responsibility:

• Looking for perspective commercial real estate properties
• Analysis of property site attraction
• Seeking tenants for owners
• Seeking space for tenants
• Consultancy to the clients
• Negotiation and deal closing
• Liaising on lease agreements & other necessary documentation
