International property consultancy company NAI Pickard and JSC “Ukrainian Innovation Finance Company”, Management Company of shopping centres “Metrograd” and “Metropolis”, concluded a cooperation agreement, which implies that since June 2010 NAI Pickard is the official consultant re management of SEC “Metropolis”, situated in Kyiv on the crossroads of Malinovskogo St. and Obolonsky Ave.
“Metropolis” is the operating shopping and entertainment centre, which has the direct connection to “Obolon” subway station and is located in the neighborhood with the biggest shopping centres of Kyiv, which generate the flow of consumers from the whole city. The total area of shopping space in SEC is 32, 000 m².
In the near future, according to the cooperation agreement on SEC management, the reconception of the project will be made, which includes partial reconstruction of the building, attracting new tenants, use of innovative techniques in marketing management in order to widen the assortment of goods in SEC, increase footfall and raise the level of consumer loyalty to the project.
