On the threshold of MIPIM 2011

On 8-11th of March NAI Pickard, as every year, will participate as an exhibitor at MIPIM, Cannes – the largest and the most important property exhibition in Europe. NAI Pickard will be representing Ukraine on the stand of NAI Global # 24.02 together with approximately 80 other NAI delegates from across the globe.

NAI Pickard will present a selection of investment opportunities (in total 11) varying from a logistics centre, hotels & motels, retail and mixed use complexes including residential and land from different regions of Ukraine.

NAI Members conduct a large number of negotiations on their stand and on the company yacht The Costa Magna moored adjacent to the Palais des Festivals.
On the 9th of March NAI Global will organise a Central & Eastern Europe Cocktail Party (by invitation) on their corporate Costa Magna Yacht. This will be a great opportunity to meet all NAI’s CEE members and their guests to discuss the CEE real estate markets’ varying degrees of strength.

On 10th of March NAI Pickard in association with the leading law firm Arzinger and a western developer GLD Investment Group will host a private lunch (by invitation only) entitled “Ukraine re-opens for business“ on NAI’s Costa Magna Yacht. There those guests considering Ukraine in their investment plans can receive comprehensive information from experienced companies regarding all aspects of real estate activity in Ukraine.

Also there are NAI’s traditional informal meetings every day with partners and clients: Breakfast at 8.30-10.00 and Happy Hour at 17:30-19.00 on board the yacht.
