In the nearest future it is expected that the market of property consultancy services will be reorganized not only in terms of market shares, but also consulting companies are going to have narrower specializations.
According to Yaroslav Ivanov, Director of Marketing Management Department at NAI Pickard, the market of consultancy services will recover as soon as investors and developers overcome the crisis. One part of them has already done this, for the rest its going to happen in the second half of this year. Consequently, we assume that the first half 2010 will be hard for consultancy companies, but the situation will noticeably improve in autumn, though crisis still won’t be over by then.
