NAI Pickard team has developed a concept of 2-storeyed shopping and entertainment centre of total area more than 50 thousand sq m on an 8 ha site. The project provides for large anchors: grocery and furniture hypermarkets, stores of children’s goods, home appliances and electronics, and also large entertainment area with cinema, ice rink, bowling and entertainment centre for children.
The future SEC will be situated along Poltavsky Shlyach St. – one of the main transport arteries of the city. The project will have regional significance, as it will the shopping and leisure destination for a part of Kharkovians and the majority of residents of the adjacent settlements on the west of the city.
