NAI Pickard has developed a concept of shopping & business centre in Lviv, which will be located in the centre of the city, on the crossroad of I.Franko and Shuchevicha streets. The concept included defining the name of the centre “GaliLeo”, the most optimal use of space, functional use of space for galley shops, eating places and B-class offices. There will be a façade parking near SBC. Also SBC will have 2 entrances from both streets. From the upper floors of the centre (altogether 7 +basement floor) unique views to the centre of Lviv will open.
The commissioning of SBC is scheduled for summer 2012. NAI Pickard has already started leasing of the property. The size of areas, offered for rent is in the range of 150-300 m2.
