Crisis took the developers aback. Nobody believed that once such a profitable segment of property market as offices could sag so quickly. Summarising the results of 2009 about 200 thousand sq.m. of professional office space remained vacant. According to Yaroslav Ivanov, Director of Marketing Management Department at NAI Pickard, the vacancy rate of office space has increased to 12-13%.
