NAI Pickard has published a survey of the Kyiv property market for the 1-st half of 2010. This survey highlights the main macroeconomic indexes for Ukraine and describes the main trends of the commercial and residential property market of the Ukrainian capital.
According to the survey, in the 1-st half of 2010 the following trends were observed in the Kyiv property market: stabilization of the retail property market; construction renewal of the projects which were previously put on hold and also commencement of some green field projects; entry of new retail chains; an increase of occupancy rates, a consequent rise of rental rates and a revival of the residential property market.
