New anchor tenant in SEC LUBAVA, Cherkassy

SEC LUBAVA has acquired one more anchor tenant – supermarket of electronics & domestic appliances Comfy with total area of 2055 sq.m., which will be situated on the second floor of the shopping centre. This is already the second anchor tenant, attracted by NAI Pickard to LUBAVA (the first “anchor” was the supermarket chain “Silpo”).
At present NAI Pickard is also negotiating with fast food chains, cinemas and bowling operators.

Comfy is currently one of the most dynamically developing retail chains in Ukraine, offering services unique in the market – insurance of goods which are bought and expanded warranty service.
