On 11th of August, 2010, NAI Pickard successfully completed the sale of a 4-storeyed façade building in central Kyiv, representing the seller – Bayer. The building is situated on Turgenivska St., in the central part of the city with a total area of about 1000 m2. Bayer was headquartered there until 2008, when with the help of NAI Pickard it moved to a bigger office in Podol.
The buyer of the building was a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company.
