NAI Pickard is engaged to lease the retail space in the shopping gallery Opera Passage. This week we concluded a lease with Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics “LUSH Ukraine” LLC.
The opening of the gallery will take place this year in autumn. At the time the developer of this project, HT Ukraine company, has already leased the greater part of the retail space to the major chain retailers.
Opera Passage is located in the very heart of Lviv, near the well-known pedestrian area “stometrivka”. According to the concept the gallery will offer its customers high-quality goods and services. On the ground-floor of the gallery will be positioned the first delicacy-market in Lviv and on the third –Italian restaurant Toskanini. In the gallery there is also a two-storied shop of the famous perfumery and cosmetics retailer Brocard.
