NAI Pickard has signed the first lease agreement for the shopping & entertainment centre LUBAVA, Cherkassy with Fozzy-Food, chain retail operator of Silpo. The grocery supermarket will occupy 2, 234 sqm on the ground floor of SEC. Apart from the traditional display area, according to the concept there will also be a culinary shop, own bakery, fish and meat departments, fresh-bar. The store will be the seventh supermarket of Silpo chain in the regional centre.
In addition to the great number of gallery shops, the key tenants of the SEC will be children’s and sports supermarket, multiplex cinema for 6 halls, 10-track bowling, theme restaurant. Currently NAI Pickard is in the process of negotiations with the major national retail operators.
Lubava is the first large-scale shopping & entertainment centre in the centre of Cherkassy on Shevchenko blvd. The 4-level SEC has 26, 000 m2 of total area, 18, 000m2 of lease area, parking space for 250 cars. The commissioning is scheduled for march 2012. The developer of SEC LUBAVA – Budhouse Group, Kyiv.
