NAI Pickard Opened Green Hills Homes Doors

On Saturday, July 24th from 11.00 till 17.00 NAI Pickard as an exclusive sales agent for Green Hills project successfully held its first on site open day event. The aim was to present absolutely unique for Ukraine North American country living style with perfect combination of prices and quality.
Nearly 100 guests visited the picnic with almost an even split between locals and expats: there were member companies of EBA (European Business Association), the Ukrainian Connoisseur Club honoured guests and members, clients and partners of NAI Pickard; impressive was the amount of seriously interested and considering to buy a house in Green Hills exactly after having examined it.
 The guests saw the true value of Green Hills cottages: only 20 km/30 min. to Kiev city centre down the Odessa Highway, picturesque site surrounded by forest and hills, elegant cottages (you can see already finished first street with 11 houses built, 8 of which are taken into use already). Once looked around you will also see beautifully made green lawns, paths and terraces, street lights and children playground. All the territory is 24/7 secured. To visitors’ attention 8 show houses were presented with 3 different facade options, ranged in size from 100 to 350 m², refurbished and furnished as well as shall and core.
The houses together with floor planning emotionalized guests a lot. All of the homes in Green Hills are built using colonial architecture style on the basis of award winning floor plans from Canada and USA. The plans were designed by architects who have studied the way of families spending their time together. As a result each house design is very logical and efficient. Distinguishing features of each home include: open-concept kitchen and great room, walk in closets, laundry room and ensuite bathrooms. Due to advanced technologies a house construction in average will take you only 18 weeks which is one of the project’s success features. The Green Hills project offers 10 different homes ranging in size from100m² to 500m² with land plots of 8 to 12 ha. There are 220 houses in total planned to be built by the end of 2013.
“It was a wonderful day! Even the weather smiled on us as it was a little cloudy taking away the intense heat. Beautiful place, stylish houses, logical floor plans – altogether everything is much better than I event expected. Event the children got excited – I heard one little boy hazing an argument with his older sister about which bedroom would be his” – shared the impression one of the guests, Alex Troschcenko, the President of Classic-Alliance.
Apart from territory and houses examination there was a picnic planned for all guests; visitors could also talk to Green Hills’ residents and central figures of the day:

Kids enjoyed the day as well as adults did. Not only homes view made them excited but also interesting entertaining program kept them busy while the picnic last.
