NAI Pickard will issue a catalogue “Prime Property Investment Opportunities in Ukraine”

On 16-19th of March NAI Pickard as every year will participate as exhibitor at MIPIM, Cannes – the largest and the most authoritative exposition event in Europe.

Taking into consideration the attention of potential investors to Ukrainian real estate market, NAI Pickard is planning to release a catalogue “Prime Property Investment Opportunities in Ukraine”.  The catalogue will include investment proposals of Ukrainian commercial real estate projects at different stages of implementation, in order to attract financing or present the project at the international market.  Information materials about the projects included in the catalogue will be distributed among potential investors at the exhibition and specially organized events, and also among the NAI Global network, which is managing 325 offices worldwide.

Work experience with foreign investment companies enabled the company to define the optimal form of investment proposal of the project and also proved that only professionally developed investment proposal and professional presentation of the project on the international market can attract investors’ attention to a project, to value its potential and quickly make the right decision.
Currently the number of actual investors has significantly reduced, so he who will be faster and more professional in offering his object, and will be able to convince in profitability of its acquisition based on the current indicators, will have an advantage.

In addition, the company has enlisted the support of representatives of relevant governmental organizations, including those regulating issues of land legislation, in order  to increase the confidence of international investors to the projects, to build a civilized dialogue with the investor. Thus, providing the most comprehensive advisory support to foreign partners, we significantly reduce their risks while entering a project that can facilitate the negotiation process for each of the projects.
