NAI Pickard’s employee received one of the highest international qualifications in the sphere of real estate MRICS

NAI Pickard, International commercial property consultancy company, is pleased to announce that Igor Sirenko, Head of the Valuation Department, was awarded the title of a Member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) - MRICS.

Igor Sirenko has been working with NAI Pickard since 2007. Igor has considerable experience in valuation and consults clients regarding all types of commercial and residential real estate, multifunctional property units, land plots and special facilities. He also provides advice on legislative regulation of the market and state regulation of valuation activity in Ukraine. Igor has several qualification certificates in valuation and is a member of such organizations as Pan-Ukrainian Association of Specialists for Appraisal (PUASA), Association of Experts on Valuation and the Society of Land Valuators.

Quite often RICS is associated as the world’s leading organization of professionals in the sphere of valuation, but in general this Institution brings together on an international level all range of professionals in the sphere of real estate, land tenure and construction (in total 16 sections). With members from all over the world, RICS helps to establish, provide and regulate the highest standards, and consults governments, banks and commercial organisations on this subject.

From all the professional qualifications in the sphere of real estate RICS is the most well known and highly esteemed all over the world and is extremely difficult to achieve. There are 2 designations: MRICS (Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and the next grade FRICS (Fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Membership is granted only to those applicants that satisfy the exacting requirements of education and experience, and is ready to keep those high standards to maintain a good society. 

Currently there are only 32 RICS members in Ukraine, while in Great Britain, where the organization is domiciled, this qualification has been awarded to 84 000 professionals.
