MIPIM, Europe’s premier real estate fair, recently ended in Cannes, France. In short summary, now is the time to explore new opportunities. The real estate bubble in general has burst and prices have calmed – which is opening up new opportunities for investors. The old formulas no longer apply. What is needed is entrepreneurship!
