In June 2011 the agreement was signed with the new tenant in SEC Metropolis - supermarket of clothing and footwear "Zhovty zhuk". The discount supermarket will occupy the space of 440 m2 on the 3-rd floor and will act as a mini-anchor tenant of the shopping cenre. "Zhovty zhuk" in Metropolis will become the third store of this retail chain. NAI Pickard company acted as a leasing agent in this deal.
